This policy explains how our digital products are delivered to you after purchase.
1. Product Nature
All products and services offered by ImagePerfect AI are 100% digital. No physical items will be printed, shipped, or delivered to you.
2. Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of your payment, the final, high-quality, non-watermarked version(s) of your purchased image(s) will be made available to you for download directly from your user dashboard on our website.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Access to your purchased digital images is granted instantly after your payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. In rare cases, there may be a short delay while the payment processor verifies the transaction.
4. What You Will Receive
After purchase, you will be able to download:
- A high-resolution digital file (in JPEG or a similar standard format) of the generated image, free of any watermarks.
- If you applied a geotag and finalized the purchase, both the original non-watermarked image and the geotagged non-watermarked image may be available for download, depending on the specific workflow at the time of purchase.
5. Access to Your Purchases
You can access and download your purchased images at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your dashboard. We will store your purchased images and make them available for download for the lifetime of your active account with us.
