Terms and Conditions for ImagePerfect AI

Welcome to ImagePerfect AI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at imageperfect.tgij.one, and the AI-powered image generation services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ImagePerfect AI provides a suite of AI-powered tools that allow users to upload their own images ("Input Content") and generate new, modified images ("Output Content"). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee that the Output Content will always meet your expectations. We provide a watermarked preview system to allow you to evaluate the result before making a purchase.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Refer & Earn Program

Our referral program is designed to reward users for bringing new customers to our platform.

  • New User Bonus: A new user who signs up using a valid, unique referral link will receive a one-time welcome bonus of ₹51 in their Bonus Wallet.
  • Referrer Bonus: When a referred user completes their first successful purchase, the referring user will receive a bonus equivalent to 25% of the transaction amount. This bonus will be credited to the referrer's Bonus Wallet.
  • Link Usage: Each referral link is unique and can only be used once for a new user registration. It is a violation of these terms to attempt to use a single link for multiple new accounts or to refer yourself.

4. Bonus Wallet

  • Usage: Bonus credits stored in your Bonus Wallet can be used to pay for all or part of a purchase on the Service.
  • Expiration: All bonus credits, whether from referrals or promotions, will expire three (3) months from the date they are credited to your wallet.
  • No Cash Value: Bonus credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Marketing Consent & Discounted Pricing

We may offer a discounted price on our services in exchange for your consent to use your content for marketing purposes.

  • Grant of License: By selecting the discounted pricing option and agreeing to the marketing consent, you grant ImagePerfect AI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Input Content and Output Content for any marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Use of User Data: This license also extends to associated non-personal user data required to provide context for the marketing materials. We will never sell your personal contact information.
  • Revoking Consent: If you initially provide marketing consent but later wish to revoke it for a specific image, you may do so under the following conditions:
    1. You must contact our support team at support@tgij.one with your request, including details of the image in question.
    2. You will be required to pay the difference between the discounted price you paid and the full, non-discounted price of the service at the time of your original purchase.
    3. Payment must be made via a specialized payment link provided by our support team.
    4. Upon successful payment, we will cease any new use of the specified images for marketing purposes. Please note that it may not be possible to remove images from existing, already-published materials.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your original Input Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the Input Content and to grant us the license to process it as described in these Terms.
  • Output Content: Upon successful payment for a generation (at the full price), you are granted full ownership rights to the final, non-watermarked Output Content for personal or commercial use. If you choose the discounted price with marketing consent, your ownership is subject to the license you grant us in Section 5.

7. Changes to Policies and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and any other policies at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
